  物料切斷(duan)閥采用優質(zhi)鋼材焊接而(ér)成，其結構科(ke)學合🐅理😄，緊湊(cou)獨特，操作靈(ling)活，維護方便(bian)，密封性能可(ke)靠。其楔緊工(gōng)㊙️作原💯理使插(cha)闆越關越緊(jin)，使密封永遠(yuǎn)處于良好狀(zhuàng)态。而🐆插闆一(yi)💁旦開啟，馬上(shang)與密封面脫(tuō)離，以保證密(mi)封面不受🙇🏻磨(mó)損，且密封面(miàn)敞開式，物料(liao)無法附着和(hé)沉積。此構造(zao)是密封的關(guān)鍵所在。W表示(shi)密🌈封面為橡(xiàng)膠😍軟密封，P表(biǎo)示密封面為(wei)合金硬密封(fēng)。配㊙️用不同的(de)傳動裝🌈置滿(mǎn)足不同工況(kuang)需求。Z73為手輪(lún)傳動，WZ73為蝸輪(lún)傳動，DZ73為電動(dòng)裝置傳動，QZ73為(wei)氣動☁️裝置傳(chuán)動。

  The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of compact and scientific structure, hand to operate, easy to maintenance and reliable sealing. The working principle is choking, the sealing is always in the best state while the disc is closed. The disc separates from sealing surface when it is opened, which avoids abrasion of the sealing surface. The sealing surface is in open state and the material cannot cohere or deposit, which the key to the sealing. W means the sealing surface is rubber soft sealing, P means the sealing surface is alloy hard sealing. It can meet different requirement of working conditions equipped with different transmission devices. Z73 denotes hand wheel drive, WZ73 denotes worm gear drive, DZ73 denotes electric device drive and QZ73 pneumatic device drive.

  物料切(qiē)斷閥主要由(yóu)閥體、插闆、密(mi)封副、傳動杆(gan)及傳動🔴裝置(zhi)等部件組成(cheng)。手動物料切(qie)斷閥由人工(gōng)轉動手輪，沿(yan)順時針方向(xiang)為關😘，逆時針(zhēn)方向為開。由(yóu)旋轉㊙️螺母帶(dài)動傳動杆作(zuo)向☂️上運動🥰，使(shi)插闆脫離密(mi)封面向上位(wèi)移，直至全開(kai)💞，反之為關。蝸(wō)輪傳動物料(liào)切斷♋閥由人(rén)工轉動蝸輪(lun)裝置手輪，順(shùn)時針方向為(wéi)關，逆時針方(fang)向為開💔，帶動(dong)蝸輪副旋轉(zhuan)從而帶動傳(chuan)🈲動杆向上運(yun)動，使插闆全(quan)開，反🛀之全關(guān)。電動物料切(qiē)斷閥由Z型電(diàn)動裝置得到(dao)指令動作旋(xuán)轉螺母帶動(dong)傳動杆作運(yun)動，使插闆起(qi)到開關作用(yòng)。氣動物料切(qie)斷閥👨‍❤️‍👨由二位(wei)五通電磁☂️換(huan)向閥💰控制，10A-5R氣(qi)動推杆♈帶動(dong)傳動🏃🏻‍♂️杆作往(wang)複運動，使插(chā)闆起到開關(guān)作用。

  The valve is mainly made up of body, inserting disc, sealing pairs, transmission pole and transmission device etc. The hand wheel of the manual valve is rotated in clockwise and closes the valve, anticlockwise rotation means open. The transmission pole moves upwards and makes the disc separate from sealing surface and move upwards until the valve is fully opened. The hand wheel of worm gear drive valve is rotated by hand. Clockwise rotation means close and anticlockwise means open. The transmission pole moves upward, the worm gear pairs rotate until the disc is fully opened. Type Z electric device of electric valve receives the order and rotates nut to drive the transmission pole in order to open or close the disc. The pneumatic valve is controlled by two-bite five-way electromagnetism reversal valve. Type 10A-5R pneumatic draw stem drives the transmission pole move reciprocally to open or close the disc.

Usage explanation

l  安(an)裝時必需清(qing)除閥門内腔(qiang)雜物和污漬(zi)，請注意閥體(tǐ)上⭐箭頭所✏️指(zhi)介質流向。兩(liang)法蘭連接時(shi)必需加密封(feng)墊片，然🌐後均(jun)勻擰緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  安裝前先手(shou)動閥門一個(ge)周期，無異常(cháng)現象方可上(shàng)線安裝。

l  運行(háng)時應定期給(gei)各傳動部分(fèn)加潤滑油，定(dìng)期檢修傳動(dong)裝置。

l  若長期(qī)存放，請給傳(chuan)動部分加潤(run)滑油，作防潮(chao)處理，不要露(lù)天堆置。

l   Clear out the lumber and dust in valve chest when install. Pay attention to the medium direction indicated by arrow. Add seal shim between two flanges and then screw the bolt.

l   Operate the valve by hand for a period of time before install. When there is no anomaly, the valve can be installed.

l   Add lubricant to the transmission parts and check the transmission device regularly.
