  結構(gou)簡單，由優質鋼闆(pan)焊接而成，具有開(kāi)啟靈活、無卡阻等(deng)⛷️特點。配有傳動定(ding)位裝置，可随時根(gēn)據工況需要确定(dìng)閘門🤞的開啟角度(du)，調節物料流量。特(tè)别适用于無粘度(dù)的固體粉料及小(xiǎo)于Φ30mm顆粒料、晶體料(liao)的輸送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

Working principle:

  扇形閘(zha)門由本體、扇形閘(zha)闆、軸、密封副、執行(háng)機構等🚶‍♀️部件構成(cheng)。手動或執行機構(gòu)推動搖杆使扇形(xíng)閘闆沿軸心旋轉(zhuǎn)開啟，物🙇‍♀️料随即下(xia)落。待接料裝置滿(man)載後再推動搖杆(gǎn)使扇形閘闆複位(wei)，關閉截斷下落的(de)物料。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

使用說明：

Usage explanation:

l  安(ān)裝時請注意閘門(mén)本體上标明介質(zhi)流向，兩法蘭連接(jie)時必需加密封墊(nian)片，然後均勻鎖緊(jǐn)螺栓。

l  運行時請辨(bian)清扇形閘闆開關(guān)方向。執行機構請(qǐng)正确接線。

l  若長期(qī)存放應使設備處(chù)于關閉狀态，各傳(chuan)動部位加潤滑油(you)，不允許露天存放(fang)或堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
