  插(chā)闆閥是綜合(he)多年來使用(yòng)插闆閥的經(jīng)驗創新的設(shè)計，主要用于(yú)通風除塵、風(fēng)力輸送及排(pai)風系統管😘路(lu)上的調節和(hé)固體⭕粉料輸(shū)送的調節和(he)切斷。

  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

Structure characteristic:

  采用優質(zhì)鋼材焊接而(er)成，具有結構(gou)簡單，操作自(zì)如🚩，閥闆滑動(dong)靈㊙️活，密閉性(xing)能優良等特(tè)點。特别是局(ju)部阻力♈損失(shī)小，調節性能(neng)好，維護保養(yǎng)拆卸方便，不(bú)易變形，克服(fu)了老式插闆(pan)閥漏風大、變(biàn)形👈快、調節困(kùn)難的毛病。特(tè)别适用于無(wú)粘度的固體(ti)粉料及小于(yu)Ф10mm顆📧粒料、晶體(tǐ)料、固狀物料(liao)的輸送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工作(zuò)原理：

Working principle:

  插闆閥(fá)主要由執行(háng)機構、閥體、插(cha)闆、密封裝置(zhi)、行程開關等(děng)☔部件組成。運(yùn)行時輸出指(zhǐ)令（電源或氣(qì)源）給執行機(ji)構，由執行機(jī)構帶動插闆(pan)向外抽出，達(da)到工況需要(yao)🐕位置，撞動行(hang)程開關停止(zhi)，由行程開關(guān)反饋信号（開(kai)關信号）給控(kòng)制室。反之則(zé)關閉插☂️闆閥(fá)（向内🏃推進）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

使(shǐ)用說明：

Operation instruction:

l  本閥(fa)連接方式為(wei)法蘭連接。

l  本(běn)閥可水平或(huò)垂直安裝，安(ān)裝時兩法蘭(lán)聯接中間必(bi)須加密❤️封墊(nian)片，然後均勻(yun)鎖緊螺栓。

l  手(shou)動操作時向(xiang)外抽出為開(kāi)，向内推進為(wéi)關。不得在把(ba)手上❄️增加輔(fu)助器材。

l  執行(hang)機構應按其(qi)使用說明正(zheng)确接線與操(cāo)作。

l  若長期存(cún)放應使設備(bei)處于關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳動部(bù)位應加🔞潤滑(huá)油✔️，不允許露(lù)天存放或堆(duī)置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
