  插闆(pan)閥是綜(zong)合多年(nian)來使用(yòng)插闆閥(fa)的經驗(yàn)具創新(xin)的設🔴計(ji)🈲，主要用(yong)于通風(fēng)除塵、風(fēng)力輸送(song)及排風(fēng)系統⛷️管(guǎn)路上的(de)調節🐆和(hé)固體粉(fěn)料輸送(sòng)的調節(jie)和切斷(duàn)。

  This series valve is the most innovative design basing on the experience of using inserting disc valve. It is mainly used to regulate in pipes of venting removing dust, carrying, venting system and to regulate or cutting carrying of solid powder.

  采用(yong)優質鋼(gāng)材焊接(jie)而成，具(jù)有結構(gou)簡單，操(cāo)作自如(rú)🤩，閥闆🔴滑(huá)動靈活(huó)，密閉性(xing)能優良(liáng)等特點(diǎn)。特别是(shi)局部阻(zu)力損失(shī)小，調節(jiē)性🙇🏻能好(hao)，維護保(bao)養拆卸(xie)方便，不(bu)易🚶變形(xíng)，克‼️服了(le)老式插(chā)闆閥漏(lòu)風🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻大、變(bian)形快、調(diao)節困難(nán)的毛病(bing)。特别适(shì)用于無(wu)粘度的(de)固體粉(fen)料💞及小(xiao)于Ф10mm顆🍉粒(li)料、晶體(ti)料🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻、固狀(zhuang)物料的(de)輸送。

  This valve is welded in fine steel and simple in structure, handy to operate, smooth to slide, good in seal. Especially it is less loss in local resistance, good regulation, convenient to replace and maintain, not distorted. It overcomes the defect of outdated inserting disc valve such as great leakage, distorting quickly and difficulty in regulating. It is suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid, solid material less than 10mm.

工作(zuò)原理：

Working principle:

  插(chā)闆閥主(zhǔ)要由執(zhí)行機構(gòu)、閥體、插(cha)闆、密封(feng)裝置、行(hang)程🛀開關(guān)💰等部件(jian)組成。運(yùn)行時輸(shū)出指令(ling)（電源或(huò)氣源）給(gěi)執行機(jī)構♈，由執(zhi)行機🌏構(gou)帶動插(chā)闆向外(wài)抽出，達(dá)到工況(kuang)需要位(wei)置，撞動(dong)行程開(kai)關停🌈止(zhi)，由行程(cheng)開關反(fan)饋信号(hao)（開關🐕信(xin)号）給控(kong)制室。反(fan)之則關(guān)閉插闆(pan)閥（向内(nèi)推進）。

  The valve is mainly made up of actuator, body, disc, seal device and journey switch etc. Instruction is transmitted to the actuator. The actuator drives disc draw out to reach the requiring position and then bumps the journey switch to stop. Journey switch feeds back the signal to control room. Otherwise close disc.

使(shi)用說明(míng)：

l  本閥連(lián)接方式(shi)為法蘭(lan)連接。

l  本(ben)閥可水(shuǐ)平或垂(chui)直安裝(zhuang)，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭(lán)聯接中(zhong)間必須(xū)加☀️密封(feng)墊片，然(rán)後均勻(yún)鎖緊螺(luo)栓。

l  手動(dong)操作時(shí)向外抽(chou)出為開(kai)，向内推(tuī)進為關(guān)。不得在(zài)把手上(shàng)增加輔(fǔ)助器材(cai)。

l  執行機(jī)構應按(àn)其使用(yong)說明正(zhèng)确接線(xian)與操作(zuo)。

l  若長期(qī)存放應(ying)使設備(bei)處于關(guān)閉狀态(tai)，各傳動(dong)部位⭐應(ying)📞加🔞潤滑(hua)油，不允(yǔn)許露天(tian)存放或(huò)堆置。

l   Joint type of this valve is flange joint.

l   The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt.

l   Draw out handle means open and push in means close. Assistant lever can’t be added to handle.

l   Actuator must be connected and operated exactly according to the operation instruction.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
