  This valve is widely used at the top and bottom of store house and carrying port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  體腔内(nèi)設灰鬥(dou)卸料，避(bi)免物料(liào)沖擊體(ti)腔，延長(zhǎng)了使用(yong)壽命，閘(zha)闆運動(dòng)由滑輪(lun)導向，減(jiǎn)小了運(yun)動阻力(lì)，操作更(geng)加靈🏃‍♀️活(huo)、切斷快(kuai)速，特别(bie)适用于(yu)各類微(wēi)帶粘度(dù)的固體(tǐ)、粉料及(ji)小于Φ10mm的(de)✊顆粒料(liào)，晶粒料(liào)的輸送(song)及流量(liang)調節，安(ān)裝不受(shou)角度限(xian)制， 能随(sui)時調節(jie)開度。該(gāi)閥門有(yǒu)手輪和(he)✔️鍊輪兩(liang)種操✌️作(zuo)形式，I型(xíng)為手輪(lun)，II為鍊輪(lún)。單向和(he)雙向✌️兩(liǎng)種結構(gou)形式，HZD為(wei)單向，HZS為(wei)雙向。

  There is dust- ladle in body, which prevents body from impacting of material and prolongs the service life. The slide plate is guided by pulley, which reduces motive resistance. The valve is handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material of little viscosity, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle. The position of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. TypeⅠ means manual wheel. Type Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction HZD is signal direction and HZS is double direction.

工作原(yuán)理：

Working principle

  主要(yao)由框架(jia)、閘闆、絲(si)杆、螺母(mǔ)等零件(jiàn)構成，人(ren)工轉動(dòng)手輪使(shǐ)🤟帶動絲(sī)杆螺母(mǔ)和閘闆(pan)作水平(píng)方向往(wǎng)複運動(dòng)，達到啟(qi)閉目🔴的(de)。閘闆的(de)運動像(xiang)刀鍘一(yi)樣能切(qie)斷滞留(liu)在灰鬥(dòu)上的物(wu)料，達到(dào)密封狀(zhuang)态。

  It is made up of frame, slide plate, screw bolt, nut etc. rotate the hand wheel to realize the horizontal reciprocating motion of nut and slide plate and the open-close of gate. The movement of slide plate is like that of hay cutter, which can cut off the material lagging on the dust-ladle and make the valve in sealed state.

Usage explanation:

l  本閥(fá)可水平(píng)安裝或(huò)垂直安(ān)裝，安裝(zhuang)時兩法(fa)蘭連接(jiē)中間必(bi)須🍓加🤞密(mi)封墊片(piàn)，然後鎖(suo)緊螺栓(shuān)。

l  操作時(shí)手輪順(shun)時針旋(xuan)轉為閥(fa)關，反之(zhī)為開，不(bu)得在手(shou)輪上再(zài)增加輔(fǔ)助杠杆(gan)。

l  若長期(qī)存放應(ying)使設備(bei)處于關(guān)閉狀态(tai)，各傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)加潤滑(hua)油，不允(yun)許露天(tiān)存放或(huo)堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You cannot add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shutdown if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open and piling up is not permitted.
