Air elevating engine

  空氣提升器廣泛(fan)應用于建材、水泥(ní)、鋁業、銅業、礦山、輕(qing)化⭕等行業⁉️。凡能充(chōng)氣流而不發生離(li)析現象的粉狀物(wù)🔞料均可經過垂直(zhi)管道輸送到30～100m的高(gao)度位置的料氣分(fen)離倉或料庫内，其(qí)輸送能力可達250t/h.

  The engine is widely used in building material, cement, aluminum, copper, mining and light industries etc. Powder material can be transferred into the storage or material-air separator through the vertical pipe, when inflate and eduction phenomenon wouldn’t happen. The high of storage is from 30 to 100 meter. This device is the ideal equipment of elevating. Transport ability is 250t/h.

  該提升器(qì)系統由空氣提升(sheng)器、提升管、料氣分(fen)離器、料倉和供氣(qi)裝置等組成。氣源(yuan)經提升器的底層(ceng)充氣，使被輸送物(wù)料充分流化而沿(yán)提升器向上運送(song)到位。

  該裝置既能(neng)側面進料，又可頂(ding)部進料。具有結構(gou)簡單、性能可靠、無(wu)噪音、管理操作方(fāng)便、無洩漏、無污染(rǎn)🍉等特點。能有效清(qing)潔地輸送不易管(guan)理的微細粉塵📧，是(shì)上送物料理想的(de)提升設備。

  The system is made up of air elevating engine, elevating pipe, material-air separator and air supply device etc. The air headstream fill gas through bottom of elevating engine to make the transported material move upwards.

  The material can be put in the device from the top or the flank, having the features of compact structure, reliable performance, no noise, easy to manage and operate, no leakage, no pollution and effective transporting little powder material. It is the ideal equipment of transporting material upwards
