  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

  旋轉高溫(wēn)三通閥采用超(chao)強度熱強鋼、不(bú)鏽鋼和優質碳(tàn)素🏃🏻‍♂️鋼焊接。耐溫(wēn)700℃，為雙層結構，夾(jiá)層襯有阻燃、耐(nai)溫保熱材料，内(nei)有耐熱鋼作耐(nài)熱層，耐溫1000℃，内襯(chèn)耐火材料和隔(gé)熱層✏️。該閥磨擦(cā)小、耐磨性高，且(qiě)高溫不變形、不(bu)脫碳。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

Working principle:

  旋轉(zhuan)高溫三通閥由(yóu)閥體、旋轉翻闆(pǎn)、密封副、軸和傳(chuan)動裝置⭐等部件(jiàn)構成。由傳動裝(zhuāng)置帶動軸和搖(yao)臂使旋轉👌翻闆(pan)根據工況需要(yào)轉換氣流方向(xiàng)，達到封閉通道(dào)的密封狀🌈态。開(kāi)啟♋通道則通暢(chang)無阻。反之，則轉(zhuan)換氣流方向。

  XSTS 手(shou)動配用蝸輪傳(chuán)動裝置。用鍊輪(lun)遠距離操作，經(jīng)蝸輪副帶動☂️軸(zhóu)作旋轉，達到介(jiè)質換向的目的(de)。

  XSTQ 氣動裝置配用(yong)氣動裝置和蝸(wō)輪傳動裝置。手(shǒu)動由鍊輪傳動(dong)📱蝸輪副，帶動閥(fa)軸作旋轉，氣動(dong)由氣動推杆推(tui)動搖🈲杆帶動閥(fa)軸作旋轉，達到(dao)介質換向的目(mu)的。手動、氣動可(kě)無幹擾切換。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

Operation instruction

l 連接方式：進(jin)氣口為法蘭式(shi)連接，兩個出氣(qi)口為對🔅焊式連(lian)接。

l 安裝時請注(zhù)意進氣方向（閥(fa)體上已标明）， 操(cao)作時請注意翻(fān)闆換向的方向(xiang)。

l 設備在運行時(shí)，應定期給傳動(dòng)部分加潤滑油(yóu)和檢🔴查傳🐅動部(bu)分運行情況。

l 若(ruo)長期存放，應使(shǐ)翻闆處于下通(tong)道關閉狀态，給(gei)傳動部分加㊙️潤(run)滑油，不要露天(tian)堆置。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air. 

運輸及保(bao)管：

Transportation and protection

l 運輸時應避(bi)免撞擊閥門，閥(fa)門應處于全閉(bì)位置以防在運(yun)✂️輸中損壞翻闆(pan)。

l 運輸時傳動裝(zhuāng)置應懸空，防止(zhǐ)傳動軸受力過(guò)大而🎯變形損壞(huai)。

l 傳動裝置及傳(chuán)動部位應作防(fang)潮、防雨處理。

l 該(gāi)閥應存放在幹(gàn)燥的室内，不允(yun)許露天存放或(huò)堆置。長期存放(fàng)時應使閥門處(chù)于關閉狀态，各(ge)傳動部位加潤(rùn)滑油，傳動裝置(zhì)作防潮、防塵處(chu)理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
