本系列鐘形(xing)卸灰閥廣泛(fàn)适用于冶金(jīn)、建材、石化、電(dian)力等行業，作(zuo)為各工業爐(lú)窯及除塵系(xì)統的卸灰裝(zhuāng)置。

  This series valve is widely used in metallurgy, building material, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. It is the discharging device of stove and removing dust system.

  該鐘形卸灰(huī)閥由閥體、錐(zhuī)形閥塞、連杆(gǎn)、驅動裝置等(děng)組成，用連杆(gan)💯拉動閥塞上(shàng)下運動完成(cheng)啟閉動作。其(qi)中X型為橡膠(jiāo)軟密封，應用(yòng)于冶煉高爐(lú)噴煤系統的(de)煤粉輸✍️送控(kong)制。W型為閥體(tǐ)本體材料密(mì)封，應用于除(chú)塵系統塵灰(huī)輸送控制。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

工作原理(li)：

Working principle:

  手動鐘形卸(xiè)灰閥利用力(lì)矩平衡的方(fāng)法實現卸灰(huī)。當作用于錐(zhui)形塞上的物(wu)料産生的力(lì)矩大于重錘(chui)搖杆産生的(de)力矩時，錐形(xing)塞打開向下(xià)卸灰。一旦積(jī)🚶灰卸去後，重(zhong)錘🛀🏻與搖杆産(chan)生的力矩使(shǐ)錐形塞迅速(su)關閥。落料的(de)頻率及卸灰(huī)量依據工況(kuàng)需要來調整(zhěng)✌️重錘位置。

  執(zhí)行機構得到(dào)程序指令後(hòu)推動搖杆使(shǐ)錐形塞打開(kāi)向下卸灰🙇‍♀️，積(ji)灰卸去後，依(yī)據程序規定(ding)時間，推杆推(tui)進使錐💯形塞(sāi)關閉密閉。執(zhí)行機構的推(tuī)出與推進都(dou)有行程控制(zhi)，同時反饋開(kai)關信号。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安裝時請注(zhu)意閘門本體(tǐ)上标明介質(zhi)流向，清除内(nei)腔附着物。兩(liǎng)🐉法蘭連接時(shi)必須加密封(feng)墊片，然後均(jun1)勻鎖緊螺👄栓(shuan)。

l  設備在運行(hang)時，請定期給(gěi)傳動部分加(jia)潤滑油。執行(hang)部分定期維(wéi)護和檢修。

l  若(ruò)長期存放應(ying)使設備處于(yu)關閉狀态，各(ge)傳動部位📞加(jiā)潤滑油，不允(yǔn)許露天存放(fàng)或堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
