  This valve is welded in fine steel. It has the features of simple structure, ease to open and close and no obstruction etc. Determine the open angle of valve and adjust material flow according to the working condition with transmission orientation device. It is especially suitable to transport non-glutinosity solid powder and grain, crystalloid material less than Φ30mm.

  扇(shan)形閘門(men)由本體(ti)、扇形閘(zha)闆、軸、密(mi)封副、執(zhi)行機構(gou)等部件(jian)構成。手(shou)動或執(zhi)行機構(gou)推動搖(yao)杆使扇(shan)形閘闆(pan)沿軸🌈心(xin)旋🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼轉開(kai)啟，物料(liao)随即下(xia)落。待接(jie)料裝置(zhi)滿載㊙️後(hou)再推💜動(dong)搖杆🍉使(shi)扇形㊙️閘(zha)闆複位(wei)，關閉截(jie)斷下落(luo)的物料(liao)。

  The valve is made up of body disc, axle, seal, actuator etc. Manus or actuator drives rocker to make the disc rotate and open along axis and then material drop. Push rocker rotate to make the disc replace after fill up the device and cut down the dropping material.

Usage explanation:

l  安裝(zhuang)時請注(zhu)意閘門(men)本體上(shang)标明介(jie)質流向(xiang)，兩法蘭(lan)連接🔞時(shi)🏃‍♀️必✏️需加(jia)密封墊(nian)片，然後(hou)均勻鎖(suo)緊螺栓(shuan)。

l  運行時(shi)請辨清(qing)扇形閘(zha)闆開關(guan)方向。執(zhi)行機構(gou)請正确(que)接線。

l  若(ruo)長期存(cun)放應使(shi)設備處(chu)于關閉(bi)狀态，各(ge)傳動部(bu)位加潤(run)滑油，不(bu)允許露(lu)天存放(fang)或堆置(zhi)。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l  Please identify the direction of switch of disc. Actuator must be connected exactly.

l  Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
