工作原理(li)：

Working principle:

  防爆、安全(quan)閥作為壓(ya)縮、易爆氣(qi)體管道系(xi)統中的卸(xie)壓裝置。當(dang)系統壓力(li)大于表壓(ya)力時，防爆(bao)膜片則自(zi)行破裂，安(an)全閥💘闆則(ze)🛀🏻自行開啟(qi)洩壓，以防(fang)止系統發(fa)生爆炸，保(bao)證生産和(he)人身安全(quan)。

  The valve is the unloading device of compress easy-exploding pipe. The slice would break itself and the board would open to release pressure automatically when the system pressure is above meter pressure, which can prevent the explosion and protect the production and person’s safety.

  放散閥、放(fang)風閥作為(wei)輸送氣體(ti)管道中的(de)特殊卸壓(ya)裝置，可以(yi)根據系統(tong)需要，經手(shou)動控制或(huo)自動控制(zhi)來完成對(dui)管道系統(tong)中氣🌈體的(de)排放或補(bu)充，其密封(feng)❤️面根據🐕不(bu)同工況、不(bu)同溫度，可(ke)🌏采用橡😍膠(jiao)軟密封或(huo)金屬硬密(mi)封形式。

  The discharging air valve and scatter valve is used in the transporting gas pipe system for special discharging device. It can let or supply the gas in the pipe system by manual or automatic control according to the system demand. Rubber soft sealing or metal hard sealing can be adopted in terms of different working condition and temperature.

安(an)裝及調試(shi)：

Installation and regulation:

l    防爆、安全(quan)閥作為系(xi)統終端或(huo)旁路終端(duan)的安全設(she)備，為法蘭(lan)式連接。

l   防(fang)爆閥、洩爆(bao)閥安全膜(mo)片，安全閥(fa)、安全閥闆(pan)根據客戶(hu)系統****安全(quan)壓力而定(ding)。使用時，必(bi)須核對工(gong)況性能參(can)數是否與(yu)該産品相(xiang)符，切不可(ke)盲目安裝(zhuang)使用。

l   安裝(zhuang)時，清理安(an)全膜片、安(an)全閥闆，不(bu)允許有污(wu)垢附着，兩(liang)法蘭連接(jie)時，中間需(xu)加密封墊(nian)。

l   防爆、安全(quan)閥，保護動(dong)作後，必須(xu)馬上更換(huan)安全膜片(pian)或檢查安(an)全閥闆狀(zhuang)态。

l   防爆、安(an)全閥應随(sui)時處于臨(lin)界動作狀(zhuang)态，以保護(hu)系♻️統。

l   放散(san)閥、放風閥(fa)的安裝條(tiao)件必須保(bao)證人員安(an)全，便于操(cao)作與觀😘察(cha)。

l   Anti-exploding or safety valve is the safety equipment on the end of system or side road, which is connected by flanges.

l   Safety film, safety valve and valve board are decided by the max safety pressure of user’s system. Examine the performance parameters of working condition when operate.

l   Clean the safety film and valve board when install and there is no dirt. Add seal cushion between the two flanges.

l   Exchange the safety film or check the state of valve board immediately after protecting action is over.

l   The valve should be in the critical action state at any time in order to protect system.

l   The installation condition must ensure the safety of the operator and make it easy to operate and observe.

運輸保管(guan)：

Transportation and protection:

l   運輸時應(ying)避免撞擊(ji)閥門和安(an)全膜片、安(an)全閥闆及(ji)🌏放🤩風閥✂️的(de)傳動裝置(zhi)。

l   閥門應存(cun)放在幹燥(zao)室内，不允(yun)許露天存(cun)放或堆置(zhi)，保🥰護安🔆全(quan)✂️閥閥闆密(mi)封面。放散(san)閥，放風閥(fa)應對傳動(dong)裝置及傳(chuan)動部位作(zuo)防鏽、防潮(chao)處理。

l   Avoid bumping valve gate, safety film, safety valve board and transmission device of discharging air valve when transport the valve.

l   Anticorrosive and dampproof measures should be taken to the transmission devices and parts of the discharging air valve and scatter valve.

維護(hu)及檢修：

Maintenance and examination:

l   定(ding)期檢查各(ge)安全閥，防(fang)爆閥的運(yun)行情況。

l   如(ru)出現安全(quan)閥、防爆閥(fa)的安全膜(mo)片爆破後(hou)，請在排除(chu)系統故障(zhang)後及時更(geng)換安全膜(mo)片。

l   對放風(feng)閥的執行(hang)機構定期(qi)檢查，對傳(chuan)動部分加(jia)潤💋滑🏃‍♀️油，定(ding)期更🥵換潤(run)滑脂。

l   對密(mi)閉狀況要(yao)定期檢查(cha)，及時更換(huan)。

l   Check the working condition of the safety valve and anti-explosion valve regularly.

l   If the safety film of safety valve and anti-explosion valve is demolished, please exchange the safety film in time after solve the failure.

l   Check the actuator of the discharging air valve regularly. Add lubricant to the transmission parts and replace the lubricant grease regularly.

l   Check the sealing condition regularly and replace in time.

l   The actuator is normal type without any special corresponding accessory if the valve needs transmission device. If you have special demand (anti-explosion and outdoors etc), please indicate it in the contract.
