  This valve is widely used at the  top and bottom of store house and carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open and close frequently and to stop quickly.

  結構簡單(dan)、操作靈活(huo)、重量輕、無(wu)卡阻、切斷(duan)快，特别适(shi)用于各😄類(lei)無粘度的(de)固體、粉料(liao)及小于Φ10mm的(de)顆粒料，晶(jing)粒料的輸(shu)🐪送及流量(liang)調節，安裝(zhuang)不受角度(du)限制， 操作(zuo)🔴方便， 能‼️随(sui)時調節開(kai)度。該閥門(men)有手輪和(he)鍊輪操縱(zong)兩種操作(zuo)形式，I型為(wei)手輪，II為鍊(lian)輪。單向和(he)雙向兩種(zhong)結構形式(shi)，LZD為🏃‍♂️單向、LZS為(wei)雙向。

  This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive and quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle and crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm and to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle and operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction and LZS is double direction.

  主要(yao)由框架、閘(zha)闆、絲杆、螺(luo)母等零件(jian)構成，用手(shou)轉動手輪(lun)🍓使絲杆帶(dai)着絲杆螺(luo)母和閘闆(pan)沿水平方(fang)向往複運(yun)動，達到閘(zha)門的啟閉(bi)目的。

  It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut and gate board move in horizontal to and fro to open or close the valve.

使用說(shuo)明：

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可(ke)水平安裝(zhuang)或垂直安(an)裝，安裝時(shi)兩法蘭連(lian)接中🔞間必(bi)須加密封(feng)墊片，然後(hou)鎖緊螺栓(shuan)。

l  操作時手(shou)輪順時針(zhen)旋轉為閥(fa)關，反之為(wei)開，不得在(zai)手輪🈲上再(zai)增💚加輔助(zhu)杠杆。

l  若長(zhang)期存放應(ying)使設備處(chu)于關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳動(dong)部位應加(jia)潤滑油，不(bu)允許露天(tian)存放或堆(dui)置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
