  The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to save energy and switch high temperature gas.

  旋轉(zhuan)高溫(wen)三通(tong)閥采(cai)用超(chao)強度(du)熱強(qiang)鋼、不(bu)鏽鋼(gang)和優(you)質碳(tan)素鋼(gang)焊接(jie)。耐溫(wen)700℃，為雙(shuang)層結(jie)構，夾(jia)層襯(chen)有阻(zu)燃、耐(nai)溫保(bao)熱材(cai)料，内(nei)有耐(nai)熱鋼(gang)❤️作耐(nai)熱層(ceng)，耐溫(wen)1000℃，内襯(chen)耐火(huo)材料(liao)和隔(ge)熱層(ceng)。該閥(fa)磨擦(ca)小、耐(nai)磨性(xing)高，且(qie)高溫(wen)不變(bian)形、不(bu)脫碳(tan)。

  The valve is welded in high strength heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and fine carbon steel. The structure is dual-layer, which can endure 700℃. The material lined in interlayer has the features of anti-burning, endurable temperature and saving energy. The ovenproof layer is refractory steel that can endure 1000℃. The lining is fire lining and heat insulation layer. The valve is little in attrition, endurable and distortion and decarbonization wouldn’t happen in the condition of high temperature.

  旋轉(zhuan)高溫(wen)三通(tong)閥由(you)閥體(ti)、旋轉(zhuan)翻闆(pan)、密封(feng)副、軸(zhou)和傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置☁️等(deng)部件(jian)構成(cheng)。由傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置帶(dai)動軸(zhou)和搖(yao)臂使(shi)旋轉(zhuan)翻闆(pan)根據(ju)工況(kuang)需要(yao)轉換(huan)氣流(liu)方向(xiang)，達到(dao)封閉(bi)通道(dao)的密(mi)封狀(zhuang)态。開(kai)啟通(tong)道則(ze)通暢(chang)無阻(zu)。反之(zhi)，則轉(zhuan)⛱️換氣(qi)流方(fang)向。

  XSTS 手(shou)動配(pei)用蝸(wo)輪傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置。用(yong)鍊輪(lun)遠距(ju)離操(cao)作，經(jing)蝸✌️輪(lun)副🈲帶(dai)動軸(zhou)作旋(xuan)轉，達(da)到介(jie)質換(huan)向的(de)目的(de)。

  XSTQ 氣動(dong)裝置(zhi)配用(yong)氣動(dong)裝置(zhi)和蝸(wo)輪傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置。手(shou)動由(you)🔱鍊輪(lun)♈傳動(dong)蝸輪(lun)副，帶(dai)動閥(fa)軸作(zuo)旋轉(zhuan)，氣動(dong)由氣(qi)動推(tui)杆推(tui)動搖(yao)杆帶(dai)動閥(fa)軸作(zuo)旋轉(zhuan)，達到(dao)介質(zhi)換向(xiang)的目(mu)的。手(shou)動、氣(qi)動可(ke)無幹(gan)擾切(qie)換。

  The valve is made up of body, turning disc, seal, axle and transmission device etc. In order to reach the seal state of seal channel, transmission device drives the axle and rocker to exchange the flow direction of gas referring to the working condition. Open the channel the medium will flow without resistance. Otherwise it will exchange the flow direction of gas.

  XSTS is equipped with the worm wheel transmission device. It is operated by chain wheel from long range. Worm wheel drives the axle to make the chain wheel rotate in order to exchange direction of medium.

  XSTQ is equipped with the pneumatic and worm wheel device. The chain wheel drives the worm wheel to rotate the valve axle, which is manual. Draw stem push the rocker to make the axle rotate in order to exchange direction of medium, which is pneumatic. Manual and pneumatic can be exchanged without disturbance.

Operation instruction

l 連(lian)接方(fang)式：進(jin)氣口(kou)為法(fa)蘭式(shi)連接(jie)，兩個(ge)出氣(qi)口為(wei)對焊(han)🏃🏻式連(lian)接。

l 安(an)裝時(shi)請注(zhu)意進(jin)氣方(fang)向（閥(fa)體上(shang)已标(biao)明）， 操(cao)作時(shi)請注(zhu)意翻(fan)闆換(huan)📞向的(de)方向(xiang)。

l 設備(bei)在運(yun)行時(shi)，應定(ding)期給(gei)傳動(dong)部分(fen)加潤(run)滑油(you)和檢(jian)查傳(chuan)動部(bu)分運(yun)行情(qing)況。

l 若(ruo)長期(qi)存放(fang)，應使(shi)翻闆(pan)處于(yu)下通(tong)道關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)态，給(gei)傳動(dong)部❓分(fen)加潤(run)💛滑油(you)，不要(yao)露天(tian)堆置(zhi)。

l The connection of inlet is flange connection. Two vent holes are dual-welded connection.

l Pay attention to the inlet direction, which is marked on body when install the valve and the exchange direction of turning disc when operate.

l Add lubricant to the transmission part and check its operation condition termly.

l The down-channel should be closed when the valve is long stored. Add lubricant to transmission part and the valve can’t be piled up in the open air.

Transportation and protection

l 運(yun)輸時(shi)應避(bi)免撞(zhuang)擊閥(fa)門，閥(fa)門應(ying)處于(yu)全閉(bi)位置(zhi)以防(fang)在運(yun)輸中(zhong)損壞(huai)翻闆(pan)。

l 運輸(shu)時傳(chuan)動裝(zhuang)置應(ying)懸空(kong)，防止(zhi)傳動(dong)軸受(shou)力過(guo)大而(er)🐪變形(xing)👅損壞(huai)。

l 傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)及傳(chuan)動部(bu)位應(ying)作防(fang)潮、防(fang)雨處(chu)理。

l 該(gai)閥應(ying)存放(fang)在幹(gan)燥的(de)室内(nei)，不允(yun)許露(lu)天存(cun)放或(huo)堆置(zhi)。長💜期(qi)存放(fang)🏃‍♂️時應(ying)使閥(fa)門處(chu)于關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)态，各(ge)傳動(dong)部位(wei)加♌潤(run)滑💁油(you)，傳🤟動(dong)裝置(zhi)作🐆防(fang)潮、防(fang)塵處(chu)理。

l Avoid bumping of the valve when transported. The valve should be in close position to prevent from damaging of turning disc.

l The transmission parts should be hung up to avoid the damage of transmission axle.

l Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
