本系列(lie)鐘形卸(xie)灰閥廣(guang)泛适用(yong)于冶金(jin)、建材、石(shi)化、電力(li)等行業(ye)，作為各(ge)工業爐(lu)窯及除(chu)塵系統(tong)的卸灰(hui)裝置。

  This series valve is widely used in metallurgy, building material, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. It is the discharging device of stove and removing dust system.

Structure characteristic:

  該鐘形(xing)卸灰閥(fa)由閥體(ti)、錐形閥(fa)塞、連杆(gan)、驅動裝(zhuang)置等組(zu)成，用連(lian)杆拉動(dong)閥塞上(shang)下運動(dong)完成啟(qi)閉動作(zuo)。其中X型(xing)為橡膠(jiao)軟密封(feng)，應用于(yu)冶煉高(gao)爐噴煤(mei)系統的(de)煤粉輸(shu)送控制(zhi)。W型為閥(fa)體本體(ti)材料密(mi)封，應用(yong)于除塵(chen)系統塵(chen)⭐灰輸送(song)控制。

  This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of dust powder in removing dust system.

Working principle:

  手動(dong)鐘形卸(xie)灰閥利(li)用力矩(ju)平衡的(de)方法實(shi)現卸灰(hui)。當作用(yong)于📱錐形(xing)塞上的(de)物料産(chan)生的力(li)矩大于(yu)重錘搖(yao)杆産生(sheng)的力矩(ju)時，錐形(xing)塞打開(kai)向下卸(xie)灰。一旦(dan)積🈲灰卸(xie)去後，重(zhong)錘與搖(yao)杆産生(sheng)的🔞力矩(ju)使錐形(xing)塞迅速(su)關閥。落(luo)料的頻(pin)率及卸(xie)灰量依(yi)😘據工況(kuang)需要來(lai)調整重(zhong)錘位置(zhi)。

  執行機(ji)構得到(dao)程序指(zhi)令後推(tui)動搖杆(gan)使錐形(xing)塞打開(kai)🌏向下卸(xie)灰，積灰(hui)卸去後(hou)，依據程(cheng)序規定(ding)時間，推(tui)杆推進(jin)使錐形(xing)塞關閉(bi)密閉。執(zhi)行機構(gou)的推出(chu)與推進(jin)都有行(hang)程控制(zhi)，同時反(fan)饋開關(guan)信号。

  The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on cone plug is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the plug will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive cone plug close quickly. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

  Actuator drives the rocker after receives program order, and the rocker drives the plug open adown to discharge dust. Draw stem drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and feed back switch signal at the same time.

l  安(an)裝時請(qing)注意閘(zha)門本體(ti)上标明(ming)介質流(liu)向，清除(chu)内腔附(fu)🔞着📱物。兩(liang)法蘭連(lian)接時必(bi)須加密(mi)封墊片(pian)，然後均(jun)⚽勻鎖緊(jin)螺栓。

l  設(she)備在運(yun)行時，請(qing)定期給(gei)傳動部(bu)分加潤(run)滑油。執(zhi)行部分(fen)定期維(wei)護和檢(jian)修。

l  若長(zhang)期存放(fang)應使設(she)備處于(yu)關閉狀(zhuang)态，各傳(chuan)動部位(wei)🌈加👌潤滑(hua)油，不允(yun)許露天(tian)存放或(huo)堆置。

l   Pay attention to the direction of medium in valve body. Clean the inner body. Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

l   Please add lubricant to transmission when equipment is operating and maintain and check the actuator regularly.

l   Add lubricant to transmission part when valve is long stored. It should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
